What can be returned

A garment that has not been worn or washed, with its tags still on. Trying it on at home is not wearing it — that is exactly what the 14 days are for.

How it works

Call whichever shop suits you, or write to us. Give the order number and what you are returning, and we agree the courier.

If you are in Varna, the quickest way is to bring it to one of the three shops. A size exchange is done on the spot if the other size is in stock.

When the money comes back

Once we have received the garment and checked it. The amount is refunded the same way it was paid.

If the garment is faulty

Call straight away. A faulty item or a wrong delivery is put right at our expense — do not wait for the 14 days to pass.
